I’m feeling better today. I slept alot yesterday,a nd I think that helped. Now I’m just left with the stupid cold
again and a sore throat. But that’s all. Yeah!
The job search continues (again). Since things at Tivoli don’t look like they are going to work out (no failt of mine, just
business), I’ve had to redo my job search. I now have 3 good chances, plus some other companies that I need to contact.
Things are looking up though. Here are the people I’m talking to right now.

am incredibly sick today. I had a bad cold all Thanksgiving break, but last night at around 10pm, I started getting sore and feverish and all around crappy feeling. I slept for 12 hours last night (glad I don’t have class today). Blech! Double Blech! Anyway, I guess I need to get to CVS (pharmacy) and get some medicine and some tissues. If any of you out there have any “granny recipies” for curing teh flu, I’d love to hear them.

poll asking if the user is concerned that recounts will cause political instability in the US. 49% say no. 48% say yes. I
find that quite funny, considering that the popular vote count for President is 49% to 48%, and the Florida count is 49% to
49%. We Americans are a bunch of indeciseive morons!!!!! I just thought all 2 of the people that read my site would get a
kick out of that.

Wow… we are in the middle of history right now. Unfortuantely, I don’t think it’s gonna end up with a happy outcome.
The concept of a G-Dub Bush Presidency frightens me. He has no foreign policy (or a concept of foreign policy), his tax
cuts are too ambitious and too large, he wants to build an unfeasable and unreasonably expensive missle defence system,
and he’s a moron! He was drunk until he was 40, a failure at business (costing his dad and dad’s friends lots of money),
and said that because he was good at negotiating with baseball owners (when he owned the Texas Rangers) that he’d be
good negotiating with foreign leaders! It frightens me that so many people think he’d be a better choice for President than
a man who has dedicated his entire life to serving this country, has been a Congressman, Senator, and Vice President under
one of the most successful eras our country has ever seen.

I was watching Sci-Fi World on the Sci-Fi channel today. They
pick a sci-fi or fantasy show and playa mini-marathon of that show in the middle of the day. usually it’s cool stuff like
Star Trek,
Sea Quest, Six Million Dollar Man, Battlestar Gallactica, and more cool stuff. Unfortunately, they
play soem crap too.
