Pacific Views has the goods on Abstinence Only sex “education” not working in the south, and the type of education taht is working in Philly. What, you mean just telling kids “don’t do it or Jeebus will be mad at you” doesn’t stop them? You mean not telling them how to have sex safely has negative reprecussions? Who woulda thunk it.
