I’ve known about this stupid seatbelt loophole in Indiana exempting pickup truck and SUV owners from seatbelt laws. It’s about damn time that loophole was (mostly) closed.

are route drivers exemt from seat belt laws? does anyone know? they nailed me…to the tune of $50.
